Treadmill 4.65 8/28

Did a treadmill run at the hotel this morning. Kind of sucked. Treadmill kept slipping. Would have really liked to do some more mileage, but wasn't able to. Think this weeks mileage goal is screwed. Not even sure if I can get tomorrows Q workout in on account of the house... Maybe I'll just do a hard fartlek if I get crap.
