CHaD Phase III Week II
Not sure how this week will go. Want to get back into things, but don't want to further injure myself. Mileage goal is going to be between 35-40, maybe more if I'm feeling good, but not sure. Again not sure if I'll do a real track workout or not, but I might try some light fartlek type stuff at T-pace. Going to put original Q workouts in followed in parenthesis by what I might do depending on how things feel.
Mileage Goal: 35.0-40.0
Sunday - Easy 3
Monday - State Penn
Tuesday - LRDT
Wednesday - 4800/3200/4800@T (3200/1600/3200@T ~7)
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - 4x200@R 3x1000@I 2x400@R (?)
Saturday - Stroller 5
