Long 12.0 8/6

Really irked. Calf knot from the 3/2/1 workout ended up tweaking a bit going up Marton Hill. Stretched it out a bit and kept going. Felt fine except for some of the downhills. Started getting a little more sore towards the end, then outside of Price Chopper something twinged a bit more and dropped me. Walked home. 12.75 mile run ended up being a 12.25 run. Not sure what I did. Should have stopped, hopefully it's just a little strain and will go away in a day...

Didn't drink enough water, ate like crap, not sure if that had to do with anything at all.
