Weekly Plan 8/26-9/1

CHaD Phase III Week III

Ready to get back into full swing, and going to have some craziness. Supposed to close on the house on Tuesday. Folks come up to help put in cabinets. Monday is a hotel night with the Wife. Not sure if I can fit in two longer Q workouts, but we will see...
