Recovery 5.7 8/17

First day out on the roads after my calf strain. Went up Clough and down Juniper Hill, plus Channing loop. Felt really good until I hit the Channing loop. Something about the downhill made my calf tighten up. Not sure why. Kept going easy. Massaged it when I got home. Hopefully this is the end of it. Trying to do more lifting of the legs and less pushing. Not sure how that's working but...

Got yelled at when I came home, so who knows how the rest of CHaD training will progress...
