Easy, light run after a tight calf episode last night. Felt decent. Walked a little bit at the bottom of Juniper Hill. Probably pushed it a bit too far, but can't fix it now. Just gotta keep taking it easy and rolling things out every other day. See if I can't make it go away. Wish I knew what caused it.
