J-Hill+, 3m Progression 4/25

Nice easy 6 miles followed by a 3 mile progression run on the track. Wasn't sure what I could do, just wanted to see how the legs felt and the pace. Pretty sure I can move into some serious workouts now. Woo hoo. Wanted to start at 6:00 -> 5:48 -> 5:36, ended up doing quicker and it felt pretty good.
