Treadmill 5.0 3/37

Slow treadmill run. Legs feeling good, right foot pad a little bruised. Tried the HR monitor to see where my HR was. Kept things slow (7:42) for a while and my HR was at 140. I think an 8:00 pace for the 50 would be doable at that rate. Have to see how the legs hold up...
