4xMarton Hill 10/1

Had some I-pace stuff scheduled. Didn't feel like waiting until dark and figured hills were a better long-term choice regarding ultras, especially when the hill is part of the VT100 course... Not to mention it was a gorgeous afternoon. Almost made me want to stay here a bit.

The hill starts at the bottom of Marton and I took it to the first house on the left. Probably should cut it shorter in the future and stop at the driveway on the right. Plenty of time to push through the hill and work the flat. Shorter mileage might mean another rep too. It's probably 300 feet of elevation gain. Overall, today's total elevation gain was 1600 feet, not bad for 8 miles I guess. Also a bit slow as I ran with the family (they were on the bike) to the school.
