8x2K@T 10/3

Ugh. This run sucked. Up early, legs were tired - I think because they don't work well in the morning. Not a lot of sleep the night before. Was going to do 10x1600, but did 8x2000 instead. Same distance, just different intervals. Cut the rest down to 60 seconds instead of 1:15. First couple were fast, and then they all slowed down. Still about 5:50 pace though so that's what matters. Legs definitely tired and abused. Wore the AIs. Definitely doable. Want to get the Samsons.
