J-Hill+ 10/4

Kind of pissed. Legs were definitely tired from yesterdays workout, but as the day went on I noticed my left hamstring was a bit tight when I'd go to sit down. Doing my best to listen, I went out for an easy run and noticed it was definitely sore beyond just a sore muscle. Opted to do a short easy run and really tried to slow it down. Don't think it will impact Octoberfest or CHaD, just have to make sure to really take it easy. Hopefully it will be fine by Sunday.
