Weekly Plan 10/6-10/12

Turkey Trot Phase III Week VI

Definitely not sticking to JD plan this week. Tweaked my hammy a little bit last week and Octoberfest is Sunday so going to go a little easier. Definitely not a 4/3/2/1 for a Q workout this week. Might try to do a long run Monday afternoon. Not sure though. See how things feel Sunday.

Monday - Long 10/20
Tuesday - 8x400@R
Wednesday - Stroller 5
Thursday - Q2
Friday - Easy 8
Saturday - Stroller 4
