Turkey Trot Phase IV Week I

New phase. Have to check Q workouts. Going to put mileage goal at 40-50. Should be able to do both, but we'll see. Race on Sunday. Not sure when I can get in a long run...

Sunday - Octoberfest+Family ~10
Monday - Long 20?
Tuesday - Q1
Wednesday - Stroller/Treadmill 5?
Thursday - Q2
Friday - Easy 8
Saturday - Treadmill 5
