Got my long run in. Feel like it might be a bit close to CHaD, but what's done is done. Hills were rough. Hammond killed me. Really wanted some water 70 minutes into it, but couldn't find anything so munched on a couple apples. Pretty refreshing, but the sugar gave me a good bit of energy that lasted shortly. Ought to figure out something different...
