Good week. Hit 45. Long run wasn't as long as I'd hoped, but that was my fault... Q1 was a little soft and could definitely use some reworking in the future. Q2 was pretty good and bumped miles up. Ankle's feeling good though calves are tighter than I'd like - but I might be being a little hyper sensitive.
