CBHM Phase III Week II
Would really like to get another day in so I'm up to six days a week. Not sure how much I'll be able to do at a race only running 5 days a week... I'm trying to remember last year this time and I feel like I'm not doing anything. My Q workouts aren't as intense, miles are lower. I guess we'll see when it finally comes time to perform...

Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Easy 6.5
Friday - 40@T ~8.4
