J-Hill+ 6.9 3/21

Another easy run. Almost seven miles. Did a mile on the track. Felt okay overall. Ankle a little sore, calves a bit tight, but not as bad. Track pretty cleaned up. What little snow is there, isn't too deep. Nothing spikes can't bite through. Still have a nasty cold. Super congested. Might try to do 1000s tomorrow, not sure.

Wore my R3s. Undid the laces and started them halfway up the shoe, so there's no shoe laces in the bottom three holds. Shoes felt much better. Maybe that extra space will help the shoes feel better.
