CBHM Phase II Week VI
Want to keep going strong this week. Like to get out on the track, but not sure if the sun will do enough to melt it all. Wouldn't mind pushing my mileage up a bit more, but I'm already doing a little over 8 miles a running day. I think much more than that's a bit too much. Gotta get that sixth day in...
