7x2/1/:30 Fartlek BMT+ 3/19

Didn't get out last night. Kind of pissed about it. Ankle was wonky, but at the same time, I really should have gotten out and on the track. Now the tracks buried under another six inches of snow. Stupid winter/spring. Had a snow day so went for a fartlek run. Did a 2/1/:30 with 1/:30/:30 rest. Ankle felt fine while doing it, though my right calf started to get a bit knotty towards the end. Not really sure what to do about it. Try to do some form drills?

Yesterday I rubbed my peroneal tendon and it sent some shooting pain/numbness into my foot ankle. Kept doing it and it eventually went away. Had some soreness, but no more pain, numbness.
