J-Hill+ 3/20

Crappy run today. Calves felt tight so took things easy. Ate too many beans and had to hit the can as I got near the house. Was going to do a couple extra loops around the house to up the mileage - didn't happen. Guess it's a good thing today was easy, just wish it wasn't because I had to use the bathroom...

Ankle felt a little swollen, a little tight throughout the day. Better than yesterday, but still worse than the day before.
