5x2k BV Loop 3/5

Good workout. Legs sore but not bad. Wore my r2s again and the ankle feels good. Really thinking it's the r3s doing me in. Especially considering it was the BV Loop with the turns... First one was slow. Second was way too fast. Think some of it had to do with the course. When I started on the northern end of BV I hit the hill three times, when I started at the south end, I only hit it twice. Lots less elevation change. Not too big of a concern but... Overall, felt good. Good workout.
