Weekly Plan 3/24-3/30

CBHM Phase III Week III

Good week coming up. Couple of good Q workouts. Hopefully the weather warms up a bit and I can actually get on the track... Might have to modify one longer Q workout that has a fair bit of T-pace. Going to keep mileage the same. Would really like to hit 45 and get onto six days of running, but don't see that happening. Maybe when it warms up and is lighter longer... Getting kind of nervous about how I can perform on 5 days of 43 mile weeks...

Sunday - Long 14
Monday - Easy 6.5
Tuesday - 4x200@R/3x1000@I/2x400@R ~8
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 4800/3200/4800@T (might change this to 4000/3200/4000) ~9/10
Friday - HES Home/Easy 6.5
Saturday - Off
