Was going to do my Long Run, but the weather was nice and things got late at home, so figured do the track workout now and the long run Tuesday. Not so good a plan. Snow on 2/3 of the track. Things went really slow. 6:00 pace or slower. The southern half and the home stretch were buried and some black ice. Hips sore as hell...
