April Fools BF Track 4/1

Went to the track and did some barefoot mileage. Legs feel pretty good going into things. Towards the end my calves started to get a little tighter - felt like their was a little torque going on in my ankle. We'll see how it feels tomorrow...

I was thinking about it, and while things have been going well, I don't feel as tired and worn out as I remember feeling last season. Same Q workouts, but I didn't do a full phase II, I also think my short easy days are shorter...
