LRDT BF 4/8

Beautiful day today. Nice and warm, sunny; all day. Went for a walk when I got home from school. Didn't get out until a bit later, but light enough to see. Did some barefoot loops at Lake Runnemede. Felt pretty good. Ankle was a little sore, but I feel like it was because of the pitch of the loop. Did the last two laps opposite direction. Feels better.
