Hartland Long Run Home 4/5

Long run home from work. Felt pretty slow, but ended up being a little under 7:00 pace. Kind of surprised. Calves and legs felt tired, from yesterdays workout. Developing a little blister on the back of my left heel from my spikes. Might try sockless next speed workout... Got kind of lost on the way home in Hartland. Not sure if I like the long run home from work thing. Need to drink more.
