3x1600/3x1000@I 4/4

First real hard workout in a while. Felt good, but sore sore sore. the 3x1600 was definitely killer. Left my legs feeling pretty rough. Long run tomorrow, need to keep loose. Calves real sore, but in a good, just got used sort of way.

Faster than last year. And slightly shorter rest. 3:30/2:15 as opposed to 4/3 last year.
