Good week. Surpassed 45. Longish long run. Couple of good Q workouts. Legs feeling sore and tired, but overall good. Got over 5 hours this week. Ankle was a bit sore/tender after some barefoot running. Not sure what exactly it is, but there's definitely a bit of torque I feel when running barefoot.
