6x1200@I 4/14

Pretty good workout. Waited until the end of the day to go. Calf got a little tight towards the end, but not awful. Need to see if I can rub the knot out tomorrow with some olive oil, or maybe in the shower.

Took my rests about 2:00 to run the .25, then another 20-30 seconds to catch my breath and rest a bit. All the same, think this was a pretty good workout.

Last year only did 5 with 3 minutes rest, and significantly slower. They were also on a cinder track at JQA...
