4x3200@T 4/7

Good threshold workout today. Season plan called for a 7x1600; was thinking of doing 8, but last time I did mile repeats it seemed pretty easy. Decided to step it up a bit. Mileage is the same, pace is the same. Also shrank the recovery down. Typically a minute per mile, but only did 1:30 for the two miles. Feeling pretty good overall. Very windy.

Hit my times a little fast. Faster than I would have wanted, but I was able to maintain pace, and lessened my recover so...
