Turkey Trot Phase III Week IV
Going to try and stick to JDs workouts this week, though I might veer a bit... Training for the 10k, but with the ultra in my head so leaning towards longer work bouts, though I feel like a long 400 workout might be nice...

Sunday - Long
Monday - Easy 6.5
Tuesday - 3x1200, 3x1000@I ~8.5
Wednesday - Stroller 5
Thursday - 3/2/1@T
Friday - Easy 8
Saturday - Stroller 4
