Weekly Plan 5/5-5/11

CBHM Phase IV Week III

Two weeks out from the Shires. Going to keep things going... Mileage might be around 50 again depending on whether or not the family runs are a thing. Though Tuesday and Friday's workouts might have to get switched around as the Wife is working on Friday.

Mileage Goal: 45.0-50.0

Sunday - Easy 7
Monday - Fartlek 2/1, 1/.5, .5/.5
Tuesday - Easy 7
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 40@T
Friday - Long 14
Saturday - Off
