Weekly Plan 5/26-6/1

CBHM Phase IV Week VI

Last week of training for CBHM. Legs feeling a bit sore from the Shires. Not really sure I can do what my season plan calls for... We'll see. Going to turn the mileage down some, Might do a couple threshold miles at goal pace come Thursday or Friday, but probably not.

Mileage Goal: 20.0

Sunday - Easy 3/4
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Easy 5/6
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Easy 3
Friday - Easy 6
Saturday - Easy 2
