Took a forced day off yesterday. Not really ideal, or choice. Pretty pissed about it, but... Was going to do 6 today, but skipped out on a lap. The legs are sore. Felt good to bust up the crap, but definitely sore. Day off tomorrow. Hope my legs feel a bit better come CBHM...
