6x1600@ Shires GP 5/16

Sort of threshold, but a lot slower. Don't really want to die on this marathon like the last one, so planning on going a lot slower than what JD calls for - 6:09. Think I'm going to try and hit 6:27... Did 6x6:27 and it felt kind of hard, almost harder than 6:04 for 40 minutes straight. Took 45 seconds rest.
