CBHM Phase IV Week V
Starting the week with the Shires. Hoping to hit 6:27s, we'll see. No Q workouts planned. Might do some light T-pace come Friday, but probably not. Not sure how mileage is going to work out; going to keep it at 45, but since I'll do more than half on Sunday...
