Weekly Plan 1/13-1/19

CBHM Phase I Week V

First one of these in a while. Ankle feeling better and I need to get going ontraining for the CBHM. Based on the last month or two of training I'm going to start slowly and gradually build. Last week was 25 miles or so. Going to bump up to 30-35.Get a nice long run of 10 in and it should get me there pretty easy. Also wouldn't mind taking two days off.
Mileage Goal: 30-35

Sunday - Off
Monday - Easy 5
Tuesday - Long 11
Wednesday - Easy 6
Thursday - Easy 5
Friday - Off
Saturday - Easy 7/8
