J-Hill+ 1/20

Easy run today. Felt pretty good. My right calf is a little tight - still trying to stretch it and massage it more. Ought to heat it a bit and see how that stretching works. Really trying to come around. Ankle feels okay, back of the ankle/achilles on in the inside seems a bit tight, or sore. Also, the left ankle seems to be picking up a bit of the peroneal tendonitis, but not the same sort of twinge. More of a bone-on-bone aching.
