Big Loop x2 1/12

Easy loop today. Ankle/leg felt pretty good. Did the first loop shod in R2s. Felt fine. Went barefoot for the second loop and definitely felt the ankle. Really tried to change form, but just couldn't figure it out. Felt it in the back of the ankle. Also a bit cold on the feet which I don't think really helped. Did my exercises. Need to stretch some more. Hopped on the bike afterwards and did a 2 minute warm-up then 2x5 mins fast and hard with 2 mins rest and a short cool down for 15:30. Not bad.
