Yesterday was going to be a bike day but didn't do it. Was thinking of going for a run this morning, but it was just too cold. Went when I got out of work around 5:30. Cold, but not as cold as it has been. Ankle felt kind of sore last two days. Didn't do my exercises, but did a fair bit of sitting. Not sure why it was sore. Ankle feels a little sore after today's run, but...

Wore regular winter get up with a fleece over shirt that ended up making me sweat something fierce.
