J-Hill+ 1/18

Was going to do my long run today, but it was pretty cold, and I didn't have time because we had to get the beef. Not a big deal, gave me another day to rest the ankle. Felt pretty good. Ankle was a little tight, but managed to keep the tightness down. Definitely felt it more going up the big hills. I'm thinking that I pitch my knee in more and turn my toes out as I push up the hill. Something to think about next time I run. Did my knee/hip exercises, but need to work in some more core strengthening exercises.
