Good week. Still not on the CBHM season plan from last year. Not sure I will be for some time, but I got in a decent threshold workout and my ankle feels pretty good which is what I want/need. Should really keep on my exercises and see if that helps with the stiffness after a day off. Been ramping things up slowly over the last month and it's still going well.
