Wasn't really sure about doing Marton today. It was cold out, and I felt guilty for going out. Decided to do it anyway. Took it easy going out, then booked it from County back. That dropped the pace per mile a fair bit, but from there back was about a 6:11 pace. Things felt pretty good. Not sure I really ought to do a fartlek before a long run and threshold miles this week but... Gotta keep taking things slow at this point. And I need to remember to do my damn exercises.
