Rice Road 2/10

Did my long run today as planned. Different than previous weeks, but now that we're all back to work I kind of need to. Ankle felt fine before hand. Felt fine during, but is definitely a little sore afterwards. I don't think it's so much of a tendinitis thing, but more of a tired/over use type thing.

Didn't realize it but, Rice Road from 5 is a rather big hill. Took things kind of easy to county - about 7:00 pace. Hit County and hammered it from there. Did the last 4.75 in 29:15 - 6:09. It was part of my long run, but it's also about 30 minutes worth of threshold pace running. Might consider this as one of my speed workouts.
