Weekly Plan 2/10-2/16

CBHM Phase II Week III

This weeks going to be tougher than I think... First week of six days of work. Not a problem getting my runs in after my work, but after the Wife's work I'm not so sure. If I can get my longer workouts done on my days I should be okay. Not going to bump mileage up this week. Thinking I'm actually going to drop it a mile or two and go around 38.

Mileage Goal: 38.0

Sunday: Long 12
Monday: Easy 6
Tuesday: 36@T ~8
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Easy 5.6
Friday: Fartlek 3x12/3 or 3x3200@T ~8
Saturday: Off
