J-Hill+ 2/20

Something of an easy run. Was going to do 7, but wanted to go before the library. Ended up doing J-Hill, plus a stop off at the track and a lap to see how the track was. Track wasn't bad, but no way to do a workout.

Took a nice spill coming down off Lowell. Smashed myself up pretty good. Wrist hurts, watch broke, knees were bloody. Damn black ice.
