HES Home 2/15

Another longish run. Not as long as I wanted, but still met my mileage goal. Would have liked to hit at least 39, but 38 was where it was... For some reason, I planned on it taking a lot shorter than it did, and it made things a little tricky at the end. I was going to make it a big long tempo run type thing, but made a fartlek out of it. Did it in 5/10:15/7:40/7:15 - so all in all about 30 mins of quick stuff. Tried to push it and managed to do so. Quads, and hammies are tight/sore. Should have stretched more, done my exercises. Maybe tomorrow.

Ankles still sore, but not unbearable. Feeling better than yesterday.
