Weekly Plan 2/3-2/9

CBHM Phase II Week II

Going to try to ramp it up again. Feeling pretty good from last week. Really going to push for six days this week, even if it is just an easy three mile day. Long run in the middle of the week because of work schedules. Short fartlek early on and a threshold workout on Friday? Not entirely sure, but some quick work would be nice.

Mileage Goal: 40

Sunday: Marton 7.9
Monday: SSSB 6
Tueday: J-Hill+
Wednesday: Long 12
Thursday: Easy 3
Friday: 5x1600@T 8
Saturday: Off
