We were supposed to get a pretty big storm, but got nowt until later in the day. School got canceled so it gave me a chance to get out on the track and give it a whack. Wasn't sure what pace to really do things, was going to go at 6:00/pace, but ended up going faster. Closer to a 5:56 pace. Overall, things felt pretty good. No real snow accumulation on the track, but enough to slicken things up a little bit. Ankle was kind of sore in the beginning, not sure if it was from the day off yesterday, or no exercises, but the stiffness went away after a little time. I really ought to keep on my exercises and see if that helps things out.
