I guess I should be happy I surpassed the lower end of my mileage goal. Everything's feeling pretty good. Ankles are a little sore/tender, but not twingy and painful like the right one used to be. Days off seem to be a bother. Pissed about a crappy long run, but now I know not to go that way in icy weather...
